  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Custom-made or personalized items not be eligible for return unless they are defective or not as described.

2. Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Return Authorization:

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

4. Packaging Your Return:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include the RA number on the outside of the package.

5. Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective or not as described.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

6. Inspection and Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

7. Refund Timeframe:

  • Please allow 48 hours* for the refund to be reflected in your account. The processing time may vary depending on your payment method.

8. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any associated shipping costs.

9. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and clearance items, unless they are defective or not as described.
