Nina Interiors Uganda – Cancellation Policy

At Nina Interiors, we understand that circumstances may arise that require changes to your order. We aim to provide a flexible and accommodating cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience for our valued customers.

1. Order Cancellation Period:
Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order. This allows for a reasonable timeframe for reconsideration and adjustments.

2. Cancellation Process:
To cancel an order, customers are required to contact our customer service team via email or phone. Please provide your order details and reason for cancellation. Our team will guide you through the process and address any queries you may have.

3. Refund Policy:

  • If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of placing the order, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours and the items have not been shipped or processed, a full refund will be provided.
  • For cancellations made after items have been shipped or processed, a restocking fee may apply, and the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Custom and Made-to-Order Items:
Cancellation of orders for custom or made-to-order items may be subject to different terms. Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible, and refunds may be adjusted based on the stage of completion.

5. Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. The exact processing time may vary depending on the payment method used. Please allow for up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Changes to Orders:
Customers may request changes to their orders within the first 24 hours after placing the order. After this period, changes may not be possible, especially for custom or made-to-order items.

7. Exceptional Circumstances:
In exceptional circumstances, Nina Interiors reserves the right to evaluate cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. We understand that unforeseen events may occur, and our team is committed to finding fair solutions.
